assessed activity 2.1

Resource-based learning:
1) Last year when i began the Diploma of Information and Communication Technology we had to build a website from scratch. Most of the learning we did was from resouces that we had found ourselves. such as online tutorials, online books and actual books. my brother bought me a book on HTML5 javascript and css which was of little use because my reading is very slow and if i am not in the right head space i find it hard to concentrate and retain information. the effectiveness of this method was positive but i found it to be very challenging.
2) e learning would be integrated by have the resources online such as wikipedia, online books, kindle and online tutorials like you-tube. 

Inquiry-based learning: 
1) last year i finished the Internet and web development 500 paper and this year my tutor M.Verhaart has set up a series of questions/activities to refresh our memories and skills on building a basic website.
2) e learning has already been integrated with the questions/activities being on wikieducator

Project-based learning:  
1) currently i am studying a diploma in multimedia and web development. One of my papers include project based learning, where by i must carry out and complete a project with no class time. it is solely upon myself to research my chosen topic design and build a multimedia presentation then present it at the end of the semester. i think this is a very effective way of teaching students how to prepare for a real world project.
2) e learning could be integrated by maybe setting up a session on adobe connect for disscussion or a url for a google document in which the tutor and students could upload images of the assignment and recieve feedback via comments.

Game-based learning: 
1) when i was very little my parents bought me and my brothers an educational suite of games. and one of them was Mavis Beacon teaches typing. this was an excellent way of teaching someone to type on a qwerty keyboard. the effectiveness was very positive because when i got to high school i had a very fast typing speed of around 40-50 words per minute.
2) e learning was already integrated because it required a desktop pc to run the application.
